Ghana: Three Arrested for Coup Plot

Ghana’s information ministry announced the detention of three men for plotting a coup against the government. They said the men had been under investigation for 15 months and they had amassed computers, explosives, and attempted to recruit members of the military to their cause.
While questions about the plot remain, it does not appear to have constituted an immediate threat to the government.
